1. Properties
1. Completely free of any hexavalent chromium and silver material, completely environmentally friendly high-tech.
2. The black color is not produced from nickel salt reaction.
3. Suit for various zinc plating, and can produce a uniform black appearance.
4. Get white rust from neutral salt spray test up to 145h or more.
2. Process
Zinc plating → Washing for twice → Immerse nitrate (0.5%) → Washing for twice → passivation → Washing with deionized water for twice → Drying by centrifuge → Sealing with PN-4 → Centrifugal drying(15 seconds, 250RPM) → Curing (80 ℃, 30min)
